OTIS REDDING

Otis Redding for ever!
 it looks like Otis Redding is rolling a joint but in fact he's rolling a simple cigarette...

In the summer of 1967, while forced to take a break from touring as he recovered from vocal cord surgery, Otis Redding threw himself into the country life on the 300-acre ranch he’d built in 1966, bringing livestock, crops, and farming equipment to the property.
Otis was a prolific songwriter: 'He wrote on buses, in motel rooms, in teh back seats of cars. His cheap little red guitar was never far from his side, and he almost always carried a tape-recorder with him'. (Peter Guralnick).
